What I do
With 18 years in people operations, I partner with growth-stage SaaS companies to build the performance systems, manager routines, and team infrastructure that turn fast growth into sustainable scale.
Sometimes you need an experienced People leader in the room — not a recommendation deck. I embed directly with founding and leadership teams during periods of rapid growth, transition, or operational strain, bringing structure, clarity, and calm execution when it matters most.
Fractional vs. interim? Interim is a deeper, fixed-term engagement — typically 20–40 hours per week — for leadership transitions, rapid scaling, or real operational strain. Fractional is ongoing senior support on a lighter cadence, usually 5–20 hours per week, without the cost of a full-time executive hire.
Stepping into a Head of People role for the first time is genuinely hard — balancing strategy with execution, building influence across a leadership team, and knowing where to focus when everything feels urgent. I help emerging Heads of People grow into confident, effective leaders faster and with less trial and error.
In just a few hours a month, I provide practical guidance and real-time thought partnership across organizational design, performance management, executive communication, and manager effectiveness — and I stay accessible between sessions. The goal is simple: stronger decisions, greater confidence, healthier organizations.
People teams are often asked to do the impossible: support rapid growth, manage day-to-day demands, navigate constant change, and build the systems needed for long-term scale — all without slowing the business down. I bring order to that pressure.
Some engagements start with a full People Operations assessment; others focus on an initiative already in motion. Either way, my role flexes between strategic advisor and embedded operator — across performance redesigns, manager enablement, onboarding, and org transitions. Not more process for its own sake, but people systems that create clarity, reduce friction, and help teams scale sustainably.
